Refund Policy
The founder offer is meant to be low-risk. You can request a refund before public launch by replying to your confirmation email or emailing support.
Before public launch
Founder payments are refundable before Mettle's public launch. Private beta access, waitlist updates, founder emails, or roadmap updates do not end this pre-launch refund protection.
What public launch means
Public launch means Mettle is generally available as a paid product beyond the private founder or beta cohort. We will communicate the public launch date clearly before changing refund treatment.
How to request a refund
Reply to your confirmation email or email akash@chaitonix.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will look up the Stripe payment and issue eligible refunds to the original payment method.
Refund timing
We aim to issue eligible refunds promptly through Stripe. After Stripe issues a refund, banks and card networks can take several business days to show the money back on your card or bank statement.
Annual founder renewals
The annual founder plan renews every year unless cancelled before renewal. If an accidental renewal happens before public launch, contact support and we will refund it. After public launch, renewal refunds are handled case by case unless a local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
Lifetime founder access
Lifetime founder access is refundable before public launch under the same rules. After public launch, it is meant to cover lifetime access to the Mettle product while the product continues to operate.
Abuse and disputes
We may decline refund abuse, duplicate requests already refunded, or requests tied to fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of the terms. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
