Include the email address you used at checkout if your request is about a payment, refund, cancellation, invoice, or subscription.

What to include

  • For refunds or cancellation: the checkout email, selected plan, and approximate payment date.
  • For privacy export or deletion: the account email and whether the request covers waitlist data, payment support records, beta logs, coach memory, or all of them.
  • For coach memory corrections: the memory, goal, pattern, or log row that looks wrong.
  • For beta issues: the screen, device, browser, and what happened before the problem appeared.
  • For safety or abuse concerns: the relevant account email and enough context to investigate without adding unnecessary personal details.

Response window

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours. Refund and payment requests are prioritized because they may need Stripe lookup or account verification. Privacy requests are handled through the same support address, and ordinary access, export, correction, or deletion requests should be handled within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
