Terms of Service
These terms cover the Mettle pre-launch website, founder reservations, private beta access, and future app use. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist or pay for founder access.
Operator and support
Mettle is operated by Akash while in pre-launch. For support, refunds, cancellation, or privacy requests, email akash@chaitonix.com or reply to your confirmation email.
What Mettle is
Mettle is a private practice system for real-life social confidence. It is not a dating app, does not match users with other people, and does not guarantee dates, relationships, attraction, or any specific social outcome.
Founder access
Founder access is a pre-launch reservation. The annual founder plan is currently priced at USD 49, GBP 39, or EUR 49 per year. The lifetime founder plan is currently priced at USD 199, GBP 159, or EUR 189 one-time. Stripe processes payment, and taxes may be calculated or displayed by Stripe where applicable.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The annual founder plan renews every year unless cancelled before renewal. Until self-serve account management is live, you can cancel by replying to your confirmation email or emailing akash@chaitonix.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically remove refund rights described in the refund policy.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short, founder payments are refundable before public launch. Refunds are issued through Stripe, and banks or card networks can take several business days to post funds back to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mettle to harass, manipulate, exploit, impersonate, or pressure anyone. Do not submit illegal content, attempt to break the service, scrape private data, or use the product to create pickup scripts or deceptive advice. We may remove access if the service is abused.
Beta changes and availability
Mettle is still being built. Features, timelines, prices, and availability may change before launch. We will not knowingly keep charging founder members for a product we have abandoned; if the product is not continuing, we will communicate next steps and refund options.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, which providers we use, and how to request access, deletion, or export.
